Cleaning-business owners and their teams, whether you look after homes, commercial spaces or both. Tend brings your clients, schedule, crew, estimates and invoices into one workspace.
Yes. Import a CSV in Clients, match your columns, and bring across names, phone numbers, email addresses and property details. You can also add clients individually.
Their assigned jobs, directions, access instructions, checklists and job photos. They can clock in and out from their phone. The worker view is available in English, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian, and does not show your invoices or business finances.
Yes. Share your business's booking-request page on your website or social accounts. Requests arrive in Tend for your team to review before you agree the details and schedule the work.
Your invoices and estimates can carry your logo, brand colour and company details. Add bank-transfer instructions and record payments, or connect your own Stripe account to accept card payments. Stripe's processing fees apply separately.
Clock-in, clock-out and checklist actions can be saved on the device and synced when the connection returns. Opening work that has not already loaded, uploading photos and completing a job need a connection.

Tend uses separate business workspaces and role-based access for owners, admins and cleaners. Client export and erasure tools are available in the app. Our Privacy and Security pages explain how data and access are handled.
